Mrs Toh truly believes that every child can do better in Mathematics. She takes a progressive and incremental approach towards helping children develop confidence in Mathematics. Through the provision of scaffolding in instructional methods and differentiated resources, students can enjoy the learning process and improve on their grades.
She is a mother of three boys and believes in coaching her students in Mathematics the same way she nurtures her own children. In her opinion, Mathematics is a subject to be loved and not dread, and she makes sure her teaching reflects that philosophy.

Mr Wong became a teacher and tutor because he was motivated by several of his teachers in secondary school. Now, he has made it his personal ambition to inspire his students similarly and teach them to love learning not just as an unavoidable journey, but to derive joy and pride in the process as well.
He believes that Math is dull and difficult only when it is taken out of context and discussed on paper. By demonstrating how the theory that learnt in school can be simplified and applied to other aspects in the world around us, he wants to inculcate in students a passion for Math.

Ms Arina is a seasoned tutor with over 5 years of teaching experience. She believes that while students need to sufficient practice in order to improve in Math, what is more important is the immediacy of the feedback provided to ensure that they learn from mistakes and do not repeatedly commit the same errors.
That is why she anchors our Practice and REvision Programme (PREP), where students have additional time to work on their weaknesses while consolidating their strengths in a structured manner, such that they acquire the necessary confidence and guidance to better their results.
